Who created Transformational Breath®?

Transformational Breath® was founded by Dr. Judith Kravitz, who developed this method after years of personal experience and training. She has spent nearly five decades teaching this technique globally and has written extensively about its benefits.

Is Transformational Breath® safe for everyone?

Yes, Transformational Breath® is generally safe for most individuals. However, those with certain medical conditions such as cardiovascular issues, severe respiratory problems, or those who are pregnant should consult with a healthcare professional before participating.

How can I become a certified Transformational Breath® facilitator?

To become a certified facilitator, you will need to complete a series of courses, starting with the Transformational Breath Essentials Online Course or an in-person 6-day Seminar. Following this, you will complete Facilitator Foundations (Level 4A) and Advanced Facilitator (Level 4B) courses. Additional requirements are necessary for certification. Can I take Transformational Breath® courses online?

Yes, we offer a range of online courses to suit various levels of experience. For beginners, the Transformational Breath Essentials Online course is an excellent starting point to learn the fundamentals of breathwork and begin your personal transformation. For those on the path to becoming a certified facilitator, we also provide advanced online courses, including the Online Session Certification Program, the Breathing Analysis Intensive Course, and the Continuous Education Program. These advanced courses are designed to deepen your knowledge and skills as a Transformational Breath® practitioner and facilitator, providing the tools necessary for professional growth and mastery.

How long does it take to become a certified facilitator?

The length of time it takes to become a certified facilitator depends on how quickly you want to progress. The entire certification program is 500 hours, which includes coursework, practice, and supervised sessions. On average, most people complete the program within a year, but the timeline can vary significantly. Some may finish much sooner, while others may take longer, as it’s entirely up to you and how quickly you wish to advance through the program.

What is the cost of the Transformational Breath® training?

The cost of Transformational Breath® training varies depending on the course and location. The certification path consists of three key in-person courses:

  • Transformational Breath Seminar (Levels 1 to 3): This six-day training focuses on personal work and learning to self-facilitate breathwork sessions. The tuition is $1,500.

  • Level 4A: The first part of the Facilitator Training is a seven-day course where you begin learning to facilitate sessions for others. The tuition is $1,975.

  • Level 4B: The second part of the Facilitator Training, also a seven-day course, focuses on advanced facilitation techniques, coaching, and working with specialty groups. The tuition is $1,975.

    Please note that rates may vary depending on the venue, regional economy, and the trainer. Some programs follow the host site's pricing structure, and events led by Dr. Judith Kravitz may have higher tuition rates due to demand.

Do I need prior experience to join Transformational Breath® courses?

No prior experience is necessary to begin. Our courses are designed for everyone, from beginners to advanced breathwork practitioners. You will receive all the guidance you need to start and deepen your practice.

What if I only want to use Transformational Breath® for personal development?

That’s perfectly fine! You can join our courses for personal growth without committing to becoming a facilitator. Many people take our courses solely to enhance their well-being, reduce stress, and experience personal transformation.
